He won two LA Music Awards with his band for Best Pop Single and Best Punk Single. Julie is the Immediate Past President of Ad2 Tucson, a division of the American Advertising Federation, an organization for advertising, marketing and communication professionals. Julie holds a a Masters in Business and a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Drexel University. She also teaches graphic design courses at The Art Center Design College in Tucson, AZ. Her creative kudos include awards from the American Advertising Federation and the American Package Design Association. Julie’s clients have included Disney, Animal Planet, San Xavier Mission, Photon Engineering, Ecolab, Metro International and the Southern Arizona Network for Downs Syndrome. Jon Rustad Email Jon Rustad animated the "Beatles acid trip" scene in the Sony Pictures release Walk Hard working exclusively with acclaimed graphic artist Geoff McFetridge. Jon's experience ranges from new media and user interface design to film/TV motion graphics and animation. He helped prototype the user interface for PacBell, Nynex, and Bell Atlantic's joint venture at interactive television called TELE-TV. He designed online games for the Seinfeld Show as well as developing Flash and Shockwave products for Sony Pictures, Acura, Warner Bros. and Citibank. Jon directed and produced an animated short for Honda Motorcyles and wrote and directed two MTV spots for Creative Computers. Jon has also co-created two animated series, one of which aired on the G4 Network. He worked directly with Academy Award nominated visual effects supervisor Jacques Stroweis designing VFX shot compositions as a pre-visualization specialist and shake artist. Jon was awarded an Emmy for his contribution to a National Geographic documentary and was nominated for another Emmy Award. He has created show main titles for the Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, and Planet Green television networks. He continues to work as a senior animator and motion graphic designer. As well as writing and directing national commercials, he has recently served as lead animator on TV spots for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, French's Mustard, and CableVision.  |
